職責描述:

Global Finance aims to provide HSBC with a professional, effective and responsive finance service that operates at optimal cost and employs a common and transparent global model.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1、Re-design all FIN EUC of the Project throughout BRD/FDD/UAT/Migration/Parallel Run.

2、Check the accounting posting of the Project throughout BRD / FDD / UAT / Migration / Parallel Run.

3、Check data feeding of all FIN ecosystems and all FIN reports for the Project throughout BRD/FDD/UAT/Migration/Parallel Run.

4、Production Data Migration:pre-control before the migration, health check on migration day, and post-control after the migration.

5、Provide support to day-to-day operation during the Project Parallel Run Phase of Financial Control Department.

6、Ad hoc tasks.

任職需求:

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1、>2 years Practical experience in finance/accounting processes optimization, analysis and measurement with Lean/Six Sigma methodology/COSO internal control framework.

2、Share service center/Inhouse internal auditor >2 years’ experience, big4 firm experience preferred.

3、Fluent English.

4、Understanding of Shared Service Industry is a plus.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

At least: Bachelor degree.

Ideal: Major in.

1、Accounting / Financial/Audit Management.

2、Project Management, or Science and Technology.
