FACS（Foreign Academic Credentials Service，Inc）為美國(guó)最悠久的評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)之一，成立于1982年。從認(rèn)可度來(lái)說(shuō)，認(rèn)可FACS的州還是比較多的，評(píng)估費(fèi)用相對(duì)較低，一般在$100-$200之間。從評(píng)估時(shí)間上來(lái)看，F(xiàn)ACS需要2到3個(gè)月，這也成為了一些考生放棄選擇該評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)的重要原因。
　　然而現(xiàn)在，F(xiàn)ACS在評(píng)估上增加了加急服務(wù)，這對(duì)考生而言無(wú)疑是一個(gè)福音。考生在評(píng)估時(shí)需提供完整的學(xué)歷資料并完成評(píng)估申請(qǐng)表格的填寫(xiě)，在費(fèi)用選擇上勾選自己所需要的加急服務(wù)，繳納所要求的費(fèi)用。FACS在收到考生的加急服務(wù)申請(qǐng)時(shí)，會(huì)在48小時(shí)之內(nèi)受理，但考生需要注意的是，郵寄評(píng)估報(bào)告的時(shí)間是不包含在加急服務(wù)時(shí)間內(nèi)的，考生可在評(píng)估申請(qǐng)表格中進(jìn)行選擇郵寄方式。
　　此外，若考生提供的學(xué)歷資料不完整，F(xiàn)ACS將不會(huì)繼續(xù)提供加急服務(wù)了，并會(huì)退回已郵寄的資料，扣除加急處理費(fèi)用的25%?？忌暨€選擇用加急服務(wù)需重新繳納加急費(fèi)用并郵寄學(xué)歷資料?？忌坏┻x擇加急服務(wù)，就意味著要接受加急服務(wù)的政策要求。表格填寫(xiě)和英文要求如下：
 
　　Does FACS offer Rush Services？
　　Rush Services are offered on the application form for *uation.  Rush Services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents， application forms and fee payments.  Applications with rush service requested are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.  Mailing time is not included in rush service time frame.  Mailing options may be selected on the form.
　　If additional information is required to complete the *uation， and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services， we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee， minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25% of the rush service fee. If selecting Rush Service， you must initial that you accept this policy on the application form.
