關(guān)于FRM考試相關(guān)會費問題的解讀
　　1、  首次注冊FRM考試，一年內(nèi)免收會費。
　　2、  會費一年免費期過后，協(xié)會將自動扣取會費（郵件通知會費到期，隨后從注冊報名的信用卡中直接扣費）
　　3、  會費可按個人意愿決定是否需要繳納，如已自動扣費，可向協(xié)會申請退費。
　　4、  目前繳納會費與申請證書無必然聯(lián)系
